As it gets colder we are all looking for ways to stay warm. When we take a second look at our closets we might find winter clothes that have spent years on hocks and hangers. It is easy to take the used coats and boots into a donation spot. What do you do with all the ugly sweaters? Some of these sweaters where ugly gifts, some you never even tired on. You can make them in to cool gifts that keep your friends warm. With just the sweaters, some buttons, and needle and thread you can turn the sleeves into leg warmers. Just cut the arms off the sweater, pull the arm up over a leg. Then you fold and add buttons for fit and fashion. The main body of the old sweater can be used as stuffing for pillows or saved for some other project.
